Greece, a mystical place

Greece is where the civilization begun, the cradle of the greatest minds of all time, with a magical history and mythology that is remembered till this day.  Is the country that I always want to visit, since the day I studied at school.

I knew the existence of Greece thanks to movies, when I was very little. For example, I saw Disney’s Hercules when I was young and I fell in love with the culture and the myths. When I learn about it at school, I just loved the culture and history. Greece is in Europe, in the Southeast of the continent. In the Balkan Peninsula, and to this day it has a population of 10 million people.

I´ve never had the opportunity to visit other countries in my life, but I love the idea of visit Greece with my friends, and explore all the historical monuments, the beautiful places full of magic and meet the interesting people.

The most popular monuments are the Parthenon, located in the Acropolis and the temple of Apollo, both built in the ancient Greece, and dating from 600 before Christ.

I would love to live in Greece, in Santorini or Athens, because, like I said, I´m in love with the culture and history of the country. I would love to learn more and more about this mystical country by living there some time. Or maybe just going on holidays, but is not enough time to explore such a cultural and historical country.
